My process is simple and steady. I focus on the user, the goal, and the problem we’re trying to solve. From there I guide teams through clear steps that keep decisions sharp and the work grounded.

Step 1: Learn the Goal
I start by understanding the user, the business, and what success looks like. From there, I ask more than question, but better questions. These questions help uncover the real truth. For example; when a new website project come to the the table, we must first uncover the goals. Is it to gain awareness ? Maybe move users through the marketing funnel better? Or simply to grow the email list. This gives the team a clear target to work toward.
Step 2: Shape the Ideas
I work with the team to explore concepts that make sense for the project through research and found insights. The aim is strong thinking, clear direction, and ideas that hold up under pressure and solve business goals through creative thinking and problem solving.
Step 3: Build the Direction
I refine the best concepts into a focused creative direction the team can follow. This keeps decisions consistent and prevents drift.
Step 4: Guide the Worke the Ideas
I support designers with clear notes, simple communication, and firm priorities. Presenting to stakeholders and communicating to leadership with a clear line of communication is key.
Step 5: Review and Adjust
I check the work against the goals and the user. If something needs to shift, we adjust with intention and keep the project on track.
